Rawalpindi: Turkmenistan Deputy Foreign Minister Vepa Hajiyev met Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ here on Tuesday. Bilateral cooperation in various fields with special emphasis on matters of mutual interest, regional connectivity projects, especially the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) pipeline were discussed during the meeting. The visiting dignitary appreciated Pakistan's role in the Afghan situation, efforts towards regional stability and resolved to continue working for better relations between the two brother countries.
