Zsolt Low Reveals Thomas Tuchel 'Struggles With Emotions' Watching Chelsea at Home During Covid-19 Isolation

Chelsea assistant Zault Low has admitted that Thomas Tuchel struggles with his emotions while watching his side at home while in isolation from Covid-19.

The Blues boss tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday and did not travel to Abu Dhabi with his team for the Club World Cup.

Speaking to the press via football.london, Lou has revealed that his boss struggles with his emotions when watching Chelsea from his couch.

When asked about Tuchel's feelings from home, Lou joked: "I don't watch our games together at home, so I don't know.

"It can be very difficult for him to sit in front of the TV with all the emotions. Thomas is the kind of coach who likes to be with the team with energy. It's a new challenge for him as well. He has to deal with it."

"Peter is always with us. He was an amazing player, is now an amazing sports director. He has great experience and steps up when we need him. He doesn't want to bother and be a part of every meeting." But he is giving us some support."

The Blues face Al Hilal without Tuchel on Wednesday, but will look to return for a Club World Cup final, whether it's the final or the third play-off on Saturday.

Chelsea would like to add the trophy to their cabinet for the first time in their history.
