Prince Andrew is ninth in line to the British throne
Queen Elizabeth has been urged to remove Prince Andrew from the position of Counselor of the Kingdom and make his daughter, Princess Anne, a separate monarch.
Prince Charles and Prince William will be on foreign tours this month and Prince Andrew will take over by default if the Queen falls ill in their absence, a British newspaper reported.
The newspaper reported that Prince William is due to visit the Caribbean this month while Prince Charles will be in Ireland.
The author of the article expressed a desire for Queen Elizabeth to appoint her daughter Princess Anne Kaussler of the kingdom and make her an emergency at the monarch.
Citing an example from the past, the article states that George V had complete freedom to appoint advisors, including the Archbishop of Canterbury.
According to the article, an immediate reform of the Regency Act of 1937 would be needed to guard against this "extremely unsuitable prospect."
