Queen Elizabeth reportedly 'irritated' by Prince Charles, continued rejection of Prince Andrew
As US Weekly reports, Queen Elizabeth is reportedly 'irritated' by Prince Charles' continued disapproval of her estranged younger brother, Prince Andrew.
Prince Andrew raised eyebrows after appearing prominently at his late father Prince Philip's memorial on March 29. Soon after, there were reports of him being ready to take part in the Epsom Derby with the Queen.
Meanwhile, an insider told US Weekly that Prince Charles was against Andrew's attendance at Philip's memorial, let alone playing a key role in it.
According to the source: "Queen Elizabeth gets irritated with Prince Charles for giving her opinion where she doesn't want to."
"He doesn't need to be instructed on how to deal with the scam," the insider said.
The remarks came after it was reportedly said that it was the Queen's decision to accompany Andrew to the memorial, with Andrew being her favorite child.
Prince Andrew has continued to draw public attention after being accused of engaging in sexual activity with a minor. In her lawsuit, a woman named Virginia Giuffre accused the Duke of York of sexual assault in the early 2000s.
Andrew settled the first case out of court in March 2022.
