Amber Heard's attorney, Ellen Breedhoft, receives 'no nonsense' treatment from Judge Penny Azkart in the final hearing of the Johnny v. Amber defamation lawsuit.
On Friday, the legal teams of both Heard and Depp gathered in Virginia Fairfax County court to discuss the future of the $10.35 million settlement between the parties concerned.
Correspondent Annette Levy, who was present at the proceedings, said the judge was tough on Elaine following her defamatory comments on the jury the day after Heard lost against Depp.
"Judge A always gives shit. Today, she was even more and it seemed like she had nothing to do with what Eb was saying. I later asked Eb if she would come out because our camera Was there and did he have anything to say. He politely said no," Ms. Levy said.
An Instagram account later shared a quote from Judge Azkart, where he bullied Elaine again.
"I'm the chief justice of the court and that's what happens," he said of Elaine, demanding a brief schedule when she doesn't exist.

Judge A. is always no-nonsense. Today, she was even more so and seemed like she was having none of what EB was saying. I asked EB afterward whether she would come outside since our camera was out there and whether she had anything to say. She politely said no. @LawCrimeNetwork

Elaine had previously branded the jury with social media nonsense for being 'unfair' and 'contaminated' prior to deliberation.
She made the admission during her interview with the Today Show.
There, she began by proposing the positivity of the tease and admitted, "Exactly. The jury members weren't [looking at social media], but how could you not be [aware]?"
"He used to go home every night. They have families. Their families are on social media."
“We had a break of 10 days in between because of the judicial conference. There's no way they couldn't have been affected by it. It was terrible. ,
