An influencer who was covering the Blockbuster lawsuit recently claimed that Johnny Depp told him

Johnny Depp reportedly spoke to an influencer who was covering the actor's legal battle against his ex-wife Amber Heard.
According to Substack, Jessica Reed Krauss, who has more than 900,000 followers on Instagram, shared that she and Depp chatted on April 11 — the same day that the trial began.
Cross said that he was introduced to Depp through an "old friend" of the actor.
Affect shared that he was told that an unnamed source with 'nee introduction' wanted to speak over the call.
"The greeting coming through the phone on the other end of the line is a vibration that needs no introduction," she wrote. "Johnny Depp, a voice bathed in slow Southern charm, welcomes me with 'Hello.
According to Insider, Cross recalled, "'I don't know you' he says, 'but I know, just by the words you use and the beauty in your work, that I trust you.'"
The influencer described Depp as "smart, inquisitive, witty and humble", while he said he mourned the "death of journalistic integrity".
Cross also said that during a personal meeting with the Hollywood A-lister, he thanked her "for taking care enough to encapsulate [her coverage] with intent" and claimed that other media organizations had "held her out". Failed many times before".
