Prince Harry has deliberately been made a bigger problem for the monarchy than Prince Andrew.
Royal writer Tina Brown told Bloomberg that the royal family has 'ring-fenced' the embarrassed Duke of York in special protection following their sex scandal against Jeffrey Epstein survivor Virginia Giuffre.
While the monarchy is "going nowhere", a "national identity crisis" would prevail in Britain, especially in the circumstances of the Queen's demise.
Brown explained: "The Andrew issue has been surrounded, making Harry a major problem for the Monarchy."
"I think what Britain sees is such unrest and such change, that the monarchy seems more confident than ever," she said.
"But of course the monarchy is at a weak point - 'How would those British feel?' It is a question of. After the death of the queen, it is a big deal."
However, Prince Charles is said to be a 'transitional monarch', eventually paving the way for Prince William as king.
