The 37-year-old actress looked radiant as she showed off her growing bump as she walked the red carpet at the premiere of Mr Malcolm's List.
The news of the couple's pregnancy was confirmed by Vogue magazine with a look at the actor's preparation for the event.
Ashton turned heads at the premiere on Wednesday in an off-shoulder bead-embellished gown with stunning silver heels.
Hiddleston, who recently confirmed his engagement in an interview with the LA Times, could not attend the event with his girlfriend.
"I am very happy," he told the magazine.
The two started dating after co-starring in the 2019 drama Betrayal as husband and wife, but have kept their relationship low-key since then.
The representatives of both the stars are yet to comment on the pregnancy news.
