Prince William is touted as the next monarch after Grandmother Queen
Prince William deserves an upcoming kingship, demand the people of Britain.
Second in line to the throne, the Duke of Cambridge will take over the crown after his father, Prince Charles.
However, the locals did not want the royal family to follow orders to make William and the early kings.
In a survey by Express.co.uk, Britons were asked. "Should Prince William be the next king?"
Of the 2,367 respondents, 76 percent answered "yes" while 23 percent (552 people) said "no".
"Give William the job," said one fan in a qualitative response.
"William is intelligent and would make a good king. I don't mind Charles as king, but I'm worried he'll be a soft touch," added another.
"We need a king and queen who will be liked by the people," wrote the third.
Meanwhile, Dickie Arbiter, the Queen's former press secretary, said William had "the stature and confidence of a king-in-waiting".
