Prince William is expressing his concern over racism in Britain

Prince William is praised by royal critics for his brave speech on the Windrush scandal.
The Duke of Cambridge is scrapping the royal rule of neutrality on politics to speak out against racism and experts believe he will go a long way.
True royalty TV Newsweek, Royal Correspondent Jack Royston noted: "We have [recently] seen a political side to him [Prince William] where he is taking risks and he is brushing off his complexion on those issues. The ones we didn't expect.
"His recent speech on the Windrush scandal is a classic example of this.
"He has come out and said things I didn't expect him to say and has entered an area that is much less safe than the place he has been working in until recently ... effectively , [he] criticized the policy of the previous government.
"When you take a risk and get a little controversial, you get a big reward, and it goes on."
Meanwhile, Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Her Majesty Magazine, also told the event that the Duke is speaking more now because he knows there is likely to be some time until he becomes king.
She said: "I think he [Prince William] has found his voice, which it always has been.
"I think he feels that now that he has reached 40, he can speak and he really wants to.
"I think he feels like he can because he's not king yet and it's probably going to be a long time until he is, and the world can completely change again.
"I think he thinks he never will if he doesn't speak now."
Ms Seward also told The Royal Beat that the Duchess of Cambridge has had a significant influence in shaping the role of the Duke.
She said: "Katherine is the power behind William.
"Heads Together [mental health initiative] was Katherine's idea.
