Prince Harry's friends must support him: 'Now will be the moment'

A royal expert recently claimed Prince Harry was feeling lonely after interviewing Oprah Winfrey

A royal expert has said Prince Harry's friends need to step in and support the Duke of Sussex as he was single after he pulled out of the interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Meghan Markle received support from her friends in the US - including actor Janina Gavankar and breakfast show host Gayle King, but the Duke of Sussex was held shoulder to shoulder by members of Britain's royal family.

In her column for News.com.au, Daniela Elser, a royal expert, claimed, "The loudest voices are people in Meghan's aisle."

"Maybe it's down to hands experienced in the royal mating of Harry's friends, knowing how to keep the role vigorously schlepping around the media and simply being a baton-down-the-hatch, ride-on. Have to take an out-of-the-storm approach," he thought.

"Surely now would be the moment to offer a well-placed Eaton chum or two (with permission, mind) of a sympathetic interview or quote here and there to help the Brits understand that the former beloved British son is right now. What are you doing?” Ms Elser continued.

"And yet clearly, Harry either doesn't want to call his British besties or sees the need," she said.
