Kodak Black has been arrested in Florida and taken to Broward County Jail, reports
Rapper Kodak Black was arrested Friday after allegedly being found with oxycodone pills and about $74,960 in cash in his car during a Florida traffic stop.
Florida Highway Patrol police pulled up black-born Bill Kahn Capri for a suspected illegal windows tint that went darker than the legal limit.
As police approached his vehicle, he reportedly smelled marijuana. TMZ reported that a search of his truck found 31 oxy bullets and $74,960 in cash.
The Codeine Dreaming rapper, 25, was driving a Dodge Durango in Fort Lauderdale. Police further said that the license and tag of the vehicle had also expired. According to previous reports, Black was taken to Broward County Jail on unspecified charges.
Back in 2019, he was arrested for possession of a weapon and sentenced to four years in prison.
