Lucky Marwat: The watchman of a government school was shot dead on Wednesday in Abbachel village here. Khan Badshah informed the police that he was going to Abbachel village with Asif Kamal, a resident of Dallokhel village, when a coach wrongly overtaked his bike.
He said that Asif Kamal exchanged harsh words with Haider Khan and Bahadur Khan for making a wrong overtake, which enraged the accused and they opened fire on him, killing him on the spot.
The accused escaped from the spot, while the body was taken to City Hospital Lakki for medico-legal formalities. Police have registered a case and started investigation. The deceased was posted as a watchman in Government High School, Dalokhel.
