COVID-19 detected in SEVENTEEN's conscious

Hoshi, a member of South Korean band Seventeen, has tested positive for COVID-19. The band's agency, Pledis Entertainment, released a statement on Wednesday.

The agency shared an update about his health condition that he was not exhibiting any symptoms other than sore throat and cough. The singer, who is currently self-treating at home, has canceled all his scheduled activities.

"Hoshi tested positive on the self-test kit after experiencing a sore throat and cough since Wednesday, March 2. All seventeen members, apart from Wonwoo and Vernon, took a pre-emptive self-test on Wednesday," the statement said. Kit Li, who came back. Negative and not showing any symptoms."
