Kendall Jenner talks about her mental health struggle in honest social media post

Kendall Jenner is shedding light on her mental health in a raw social media post.
Taking to her Instagram on Monday, the supermodel confessed that she is recovering from her mental agony and is turning to a healthier lifestyle.
"Happy Monday to all of you!" She captions it with a cool clip of a pond from her backyard.
"My anxiety (especially social anxiety) has been at 100 lately. I've come to a place where I don't feel bad about it. I love my space and my alone time. I start my day I'm looking for ways to help me with a calmer, more positive mindset. That being said, I just wanted to spread some good vibes," Kendall says.
The model then shares a list of things she has customized recently.
"Today I started my day with:
• Take a deep breath/exhale 10 times before touching my phone.
• Went to my yard and journaled
• Wrote down all the things I am looking forward to today/this month.
• Expressed gratitude for all my blessings.
• Taken in the sun
• I drank tea and practiced some more deep breathing.
