Meghan and Harry, who moved to the US after stepping down as senior members of the royal family, have never declared their political allegiance but have been accused of interfering in both UK and US politics with their statements imposed on.
News of Miranda Barbot's appointment comes after it was reported that Harry and Meghan were guarded by one of Obama's former security guards at the Invictus Games last week.
Mirror UK, citing sources, reported that Miranda has joined Archwell, the firm owned by Meghan and Harry.
