The model captioned the post, "Wow... I'm speechless." "What a great loss and despair."
"It's actually really scary," the 25-year-old continued.
Haley has advocated for women's reproductive rights and denounced the court's decision to overturn Row after a draft was leaked.
The model was part of a group of 160 actors, singers and performers who appeared in an advertisement placed in The New York Times.
