Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly turned their backs on the royal family after a recent trip to Britain.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly upset over the cold shoulder of Prince William, Kate Middleton and other senior royals during the Platinum Jubilee celebration weekend.
An insider told Heat magazine: "It was a kick in the teeth that the Cambridges did not attend. For Meghan, it reinforced her resolve not to return."
"It was very hard for Harry to be ridiculed like this.
"He tries not to read the negatives that have been written about him, but there was no deterring it.
"There was a lot of happiness for them too, but they know some of the public didn't want them to come back for the jubilee and it was really sad."
Meanwhile, Meghan was also reportedly denied a photo of her daughter Lillibet with the Queen.
The couple stepped down from their royal duties in 2020. The couple now resides in California.
