A royal expert thinks the bankroll settled by Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles has been paid off
Lawyers for Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused the Duke of York of rape, have filed notices in a US court confirming they have settled the sexual assault case.
Commenting on the move, royal expert Omid Scobie said, "This means a settlement (bankrolls by the Queen and Prince Charles) of $13-15 million has been paid off."
Prince Andrew was accused of raping Virginia Giuffre when she was young. The Duke of York lost his military title and royal patronage due to a court case against him.
