Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck exchange vows during their dream wedding in Los Angeles
Jennifer Lopez chose the classic wedding song Here Comes the Bride for the moment she walked down the aisle to tie the knot with Ben Affleck.
The couple, who exchanged self-written vows and a simple wedding band, got married at A Little White Chapel in Los Angeles on Saturday.
Now, chapel coordinator Kenosha Booth told People Magazine that JLo entered the chapel while the classic wedding song was playing in the background.
"It was beautiful. They both shed some tears," Booth told the outlet. "Jennifer looked gorgeous."
Regarding the dream wedding, another source told the outlet that the newlyweds "wanted it to be very simple," before adding, "They were very excited."
A music insider told the publication, "Jen and Ben are so madly in love that they wanted to get married," why the couple chose to run away for the wedding.
"They are busy and want to take it easy and intimate in a fun setting to symbolize their happiness after such a long time," the source added.
Confirming her marriage to Affleck, JLo wrote in her newsletter On the JLo, "We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out that love is patient. Twenty years patient."
"Stop long enough and you might have the best moment of your life driving into Las Vegas at 12:30 in the morning," she said. "Love is a great thing, perhaps the best of things—and well worth the wait."
