Prince Andrew Newsnight's interview with the BBC will forever be in the lives of the Royal Family.
Royal expert Roya Nikkha told The Sunday Times that the Queen and her clan have been humiliated by her sex scandal with Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre.
Ms Nikkha says: "It's a nightmare for them.
"You can have all the settlements you like, that settlement is done and dusted, everything is done.
"It's never going to go away."
She continued: "People always want to reinterpret it, dramatize it, the pictures are out there.
"It will always be the thing that hangs over the Duke of York and the rest of the family."
Following the interview, Andrew voluntarily stepped down from his royal duties in 2019.
"I have asked Her Majesty if I can step back from public duties for the foreseeable future, and she has given her permission," he wrote in a statement.
